A standalone sequel to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lord witnesses the Sith on the brink of overwhelming the Old Republic. “With the Jedi Order in ruins, the Republic’s sole hope is a solitary Jedi in exile striving to reestablish a connection with the Force…” Disney hints.
In case you missed it, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was announced to be in the works – although without an official name at that time – in January this year, and was officially unveiled on Friday. It is one of three Star Wars projects currently under development at Respawn, the others being a Star Wars strategy game in collaboration with Bit Reactor (a studio composed of former Firaxis veterans), and a mysterious new Star Wars FPS.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC sometime next year. While there are few specific details, EA has confirmed that the third-person action-adventure will once again follow the story of Fallen Order protagonist Cal Kestis, although five years after the events of the first game.
