The Division Beta Delayed to Early 2016: See Games Differently with Flower Pics, Beginner’s Tips, Skill Trees, Zones, Enemies, Base Ops, Wings, Vendors, XP, Crafting, Blueprints, Materials, & More to Make More Money in the Dark Zone
Ubisoft has pushed back the beta for Tom Clancy’s The Division. Originally scheduled for this month, it will now take place in “early 2016”.
However, a limited, closed alpha test will begin this week – but only on Xbox One.
Pre-order customers will be the first to receive invites. Then, other users who registered on Ubisoft’s website may get invites as needed.
But don’t expect any gameplay footage to surface online – at least, not officially. Ubisoft has said it is restricting videos to the game’s own internal forums.
So there will be no livestreams – or at least, none that will last long.
The Division’s alpha is said to be 23.2GB and will include more than just the Dark Zone PvP-enabled areas shown so far.
For everyone else, The Division’s beta will arrive on PS4 and PC sometime in the New Year.
